Warranty and Return Policy
Two (2) Year Limited Consumer Product Warranty
Hiberr Microphone, Inc. warrants that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”), provided the product was used in accordance with its use and care instructions (e.g. in the intended environment and under normal circumstances).
Your Warranty Benefits
During the Warranty Period and subject to this Warranty Policy, Hiberr will, in its sole and exclusive discretion, either (i) refund the purchase, (ii) repair any defects in material or workmanship, or (iii) replace the product with another product of equal or greater value.
Hiberr stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. Should your product prove defective within the specified warranty period, we are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective due to manufacturer flaws.
Any item that is returned to Hiberr must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (Cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging.
In the return package, include the merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
On the outside of the package, secure the return label, verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package.
